Job Description

This role will have a direct reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner - Managing Director for Asia Pacific. As the Human Resources Analyst you will manage end to end centralised HR operations and assist in the implementation and delivery of the HR programs and initiatives for the Asia Pacific region in the areas of, development, performance, talent/succession, and compensation management.  You will also support the day-to-day administration of HR Business partner transactions such as creating reports, managing employee letters and basic employee queries.  

Role Specific Accountabilities

  • Manage workday transactions, employee life cycle letters, visa application letters, employee verification process and employee certification letters.
  • Maintain HR department filing system, including but not limited to internal control (compliance attestation), regulatory/statutory requirements, and other employee/HR related confidential files as assigned to meet HR risk and controls environment.
  • Coordinate and support basic reporting and data analytics including people metrics, demographics, attrition, Operating and talent council meeting materials, statutory/regulatory and Adhoc reportings.
  • Support crisis management administration and communication with employees and other relevant stakeholders.  Administer and update tracker, manage report generation.
  • Support onboarding orientation coordination and offboarding execution.
  • Support performance evaluation - assist HR Business Advisors/Partners during the annual performance review cycle. Prepare documents and coordinate meetings for performance discussions, talent reviews and calibration sessions.
  • Support Global Talent Operations team to streamline and centralize transactional processes to facilitate operational effectiveness and digitized automation.
  • Support HR COEs on co-ordination and execution of respective processes/initiates for Asia Pacific region .
  • Undertake projects and other duties as assigned.



Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role within HR or other relevant groups.  A solid understanding of HR operational and employee life cycle processes would be an advantage.
  • Relevant College or University degree is required.
  • Demonstrated strong English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Mandarin would be an asset.
  • Pro-active with solid prioritization and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, and proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable.  Ability to work in a dynamic environment, under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines. 
  • Proven ability to work independently, able to foster effective working relationships at all levels internally and with external parties.
  • Knowledgeable with basic research and data collection skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications ideal (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook). 
  • Adept at working with and reporting from an HR information system i.e. Workday, People Fluent, etc.
