Role Overview:
As our Dating Apps Acquisition Strategist, you will pioneer our approach in using dating apps as a unique and effective acquisition strategy. This role demands a strong analytical and technical acumen, paired with the innovative thinking required to navigate potential platform restrictions and challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Formulation: Develop a comprehensive strategy to utilize dating apps as a powerful acquisition tool for our agency by analyzing our existing knowledge sources and testing what works on the platforms.
- Technical Problem Solving: Address and overcome potential technical limitations and bans posed by various dating app platforms, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Analytical Assessment: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of the acquisition strategy, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize our approach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align the acquisition strategy with broader company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Technical Prowess: Demonstrable experience in addressing and resolving technical challenges, particularly within the context of online platforms.
- Developer Abilities (if possible): Capacity to program custom scripts for optimized interaction on dating apps is a significant plus, though not required.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to scrutinize data, discern patterns, and make informed strategy adjustments.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Critical Thinking: Capability to envision and tackle potential issues proactively, running tests on the different platforms and ensuring the strategy's longevity and success.
- Experience: Prior experience working with or for dating app platforms will be a considerable advantage.
Compensation and Working Hours:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule
- Weekly Commitment: 40 hours
- Salary: A fixed monthly salary of $4,000, disbursed biweekly.
