- Implementation, execution and evaluation of manual and automated tests
- Creation of specifications and test cases
- Support of software developers and SW quality management
- Execute: regression, E2E, ad hoc, probing, REST API, functional and non-functional tests
- Analyze the results and communicate observations to the development team
- Regularly informing the project manager about the progress of the testing activities
- Identification of improvement potentials in UI, UX and business processes
- Assistance in administrative tasks such as the creation of new accounts and the allocation of licenses to users

WHAT WE EXPECT
- Degree in economics or computer science or a comparable course of study
- The willingness to become familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Min. 3 years of experience in the field of software testing
- Basic knowledge of C#, DevOps
- Experience in Selenium, Cucumber or similar
- Experience with agile methods
- Motivation and personal responsibility
- Team and communication skills and pleasure in working with customers
- High ability to work in a team, flexibility and resilience as well as fluent English
PREFERRED SKILLS & CERTIFICATES
- Good German language skills are an advantage
