Our team of more than 700 digital nomads works all over the world. We have assembled a team of professionals in high-load, mobile development, machine learning, data analysis and other progressive areas.
We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter (English-Russian bilingual, IT and/or Product management and/or Digital focus) in our HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Full recruitment cycle (from screening to onboarding) for IT/digital/back office and other vacancies (any)
- Driving the recruitment result via effective liaison with hiring managers and HRs of relevant business units
- Acting as an HR generalist for all English-speaking people in the company, conducting their full employee lifecycle
- Ad hoc participation in other HR initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in independent running of a full recruitment cycle (from screening to onboarding) for IT/Digital companies
- Native English and Russian (bilingual)
- Leadership, partner position to HM
- Adaptability, flexibility
- Result oriented, influencing, hard working
- Eagerness to develop focusing on recruitment in combination to HR generalist functions (about 30%)
- Readiness to work in different time-zones (we have people in Australia and in the US)
