We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner, who will be working with business leaders and line managers to build their people capability and develop approached to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and support the management team and line managers to help them to implement best people practices of high speed and high-performance organization;
- Build trusted relations with stakeholders in core business units and understand all aspects of the business, with a focus on people as a priority;
- Drive implementation of key Talent Sourcing, Internal Communication, Culture, L&D, C&B initiatives;
- Support the implementation of a Culture of Excellence in the organization;
- Facilitate group discussions regarding Culture, Learning and Growth;
- Coach, mentor and develop the management team on on-going basis.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in HR in BP function in systemic organizations with mature People approach;
- Experience of working in a fast pace, dynamic organizations, and startups;
- Experience with agile (HR) methods and processes;
- Experience with HRMS, ATS;
- Coaching/ facilitation certification will be an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership;
- Fluent English; fluent Ukrainian
