The Product Manager of Internal Tools and Network Performance will be a key member of the Akoya Product team and will be responsible for ensuring Akoya associates have the right tools to scale the network quickly and easily. This Product Manager role will partner closely with Product Engineering, Growth and Customer Success teams to develop an informed approach to the features and functionality needed by those teams to work more efficiently, sign more deals, and onboard clients more quickly. Additionally, this role will work with our platform engineering team to ensure that we have visibility, reporting, and alerting on our application and network performance.
The Product Manager will inform the work of a Product Engineering team to drive key initiatives for Akoya in this space.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Success team to identify tools needed for faster onboarding of data recipients and data providers
- Work with support functions to enhance their visibility and responsiveness
- Collaborate with product engineering teams to provide better insights into application issues and scalability.
- Work with the platform engineering team to implement tools that monitor network and application latency, scalability, and uptime.
- Implement reporting solutions to provide business wide visibility into our network.
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews across the organization to inform tooling decisions to reduce the time from first contact to live in production.
- Conduct build vs buy analysis and recommendations for tools needed
- 4+ years' experience in Product Management/Product Development in an agile environment
- Experience with product management methodologies
- Proficient with data analysis and finding insights from various sets of information
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to think critically and creatively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Enjoy collaborating and building consensus, and have an insatiable curiosity around data products and technologies
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is a plus
