WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
You will be joining our engineering team and be a valued member working closely in a collaborative, autonomous team. You will help with:
- Ensure that the team drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart
- Ensure that the team(s) are empowered, yet have solid processes and good discipline
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies - Planning, Demos and Retrospectives etc - with the teams
- Work with Product Managers and Stakeholders on a team(s) goals and priorities
- Empower others towards career development and personal growth, provide feedback and support in struggles
- Discuss, design and promote the implementation of new features
- Help to troubleshoot problems that may occur
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Team management experience using Agile methodologies
- Experience leading third party integration relationships
- Team player who works well with technical and non-technical functional areas
- Clear communicator (technical and non-technical)
- Large experience with Ruby or similar language
- High quality, maintainable code
- OOP and SOLID principles
- Unit testing ability and understanding of how to structure testable code
- Ability to build highly available, scalable and concurrent system with many APIs interactions
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
